I've placed an order on 22 Jun 25, it took delayed delivery more than 20 days.
When order came I refused to take till then showing “returning to seller”. Customer service always promise to refund but failed to do so. Help me to refund my hard earned money

Visited Ostwal RE Nashik 3 times for unresolved rear wheel noise issue. Manager claimed to fix it but the problem persists.He dismissed me with unprofessional comments too. I’ve also faced unresponsive customer support. Hoping for action soon.
