As I understand current GOP orthodoxy on the Constitution, Barack Obama could run for and be elected POTUS in 2028, after which he could (1) unilaterally declare the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico our 51stand 52nd states, (2) create a new agency led by Bill Gates to require every federal contract to use only green energy, (3) revoke Fox News’ FCC license, (4) ban all references to accomplishments by white people in any federally funded project, (5) make DEI mandatory in every classroom and agency, and (6) send former President Trump and his family to an El Salvadoran prison without judicial review.
