go to bed hungry
╴╴╴╴˚ೃ
eating anytime after 3 hours before you go to bed will cause those cals to be stored as fat, rather than burning it off. sleeping empty will help you sleep longer and burn more in the morning. so if you go to bed at 10, eat dinner at 7 at the latest
@sleepless_tofu Beef & broccoli w/ teriyaki sauce (~90kcal per 5 oz without the sauce). Grilled chicken(120kcal per 3oz). Egg white omlette.(25 kcal per 2 tablespoon)
Got these super cute rice bowls that’ll help with portion sizes!! Was thinking I can use it for my grilled chicken every other day and the saucer for dip.
Haven’t dropped anything significant, I’ve been under 900 so I don’t know why. It’s like messing with my head a little bit and I’m wondering if I’m eating more than I should? I dunno what’s going on atp unless I’m retaining 3lb water weight
guys we seriously need to lock in.
no more binging plsss. halloween, christmas, and new year's are all coming up soon, and I really want us to hit our goals before then.
@v3nusdarl1ng That’s what I’m thinking too, and I got a little dizzy yesterday and the day before. So I think I need some fuel so it kickstarts my metabolism or something. But thank you!
I can’t tell if I’m plateauing or if I just need a maintence day. I’ve been averaging around 600c a day for the past week and I haven’t budged from my cw. You guys think I need a maintenance day or just keep going? I don’t really feel hungry anymore.
