@Chiarexic Its been going well for me ive lost 40 pounds so far binging urges are gone and i get full way quicker its nice to finally not think about food and feel extreme hunger 24/7
Man life is hard. I still feel mentally how i felt at 13 but im not 13 anymore , i cant just sit around and bed rot in my depression all day and hate myself i actually have to get up and get a job and speak to people and do shit. And its killing me im not built for this
Can anyone here genuinely tell me why when i lay down on my back to try and do core workouts my upper/side glutes hurt very bad like im sitting on bricks and makes it uncomfortable for me to even do core workouts that involve me laying down?
I see alot of people here saying that their parents force them to eat, or ways to fast without anyone noticing. I feel like this only applies to skinny people๐ญi could tell my mom im doing a 7 day fast and she wouldnt give two fucks
Everyone talks about how people treat you differently when you lose weight but the way people treat you when youโve always been small then gained alot of weight isnโt talked about enough the comments on how much youโve gained, or looking in the mirror and not recognizing yourself
I dont think its anything more triggering then that, i used to love my face 100% of the time now its about 20% of the time i just dont know how i let myself gain so much.
