@JeromesFurn Your customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced in life. No one cares about the customer…associates, managers,cust service team. So frustrated & on the verge of never shopping with your company again! Calls, store visits, emails & still no resolve.

I am so incredibly disappointed in BofA & the customer service I received today. I wasted over an hour on the phone to not have the issue resolved & not be appreciated or respected as a customer. Over 40 years of being a customer to only be told “tenure means nothing” @BofA_Help
