@MelaniePatton1@Chasten I’d love to see teachers who have left the profession during/because of the pandemic to speak out! Same for nurses. I want people to hear it all straight from the horse’s mouth so people will start placing blame where it’s due
@Tori_Sachs@Tori_Sachs points fingers&spreads misinformation without offering up real solutions to make anything better. She’s a mouthpiece. If the Lions had enough Covid+ players there’d be no game, just like when a school has too many Covid+ students/teachers. Comparing the 2 is ignorant
@paulxharris I’m glad the teacher notified her classroom. I hope she doesn’t face repercussions since I’m sure all those students will not go tomorrow.
@TheChicagoChick It’s funny or should I say “adorable” that you automatically assume I’m a liberal just because I stated a fact that you don’t believe. Were you ever taught CRT in the classroom? Were your kids? Or anyone you know personally for that matter? No. Because k-12 doesn’t learn CRT
@TheChicagoChick@Chasten Lol ok maybe become a teacher and work in a school and you’ll see for yourself. And maybe learn a thing or two. School curriculum has never been a secret from parents. And it’s never included CRT.
@LtGovGilchrist I hope you and your family are healthy soon. Our 11 yr old also has it. It’s no joke. The state needs to tell schools virtual days will be forgiven and not count past the 6 allotted “snow” days usually given this time of year so more families are sickened.
@NBCNews Why do old people who already have more money than they need want a job that puts them in the line of fire 24/7. There’s a reason they don’t just sit back, relax &enjoy their https://t.co/DSysrMmT16’s not because they want to do good in the world,it’s plain greed for more $/power
@19plf68 I’m not sure what your definition of freedom is but teachers in Florida aren’t free to decide what’s best for their safety, their classroom or their students. Didn’t the Governor tell schools they couldn’t make their own decisions regarding masks/safeguards? That isn’t freedom.
@VisitThePenguin @BirdQueen2000 Please provide any credible study that masks harm student growth in any way. Masks do a good job of keeping more kids in desks because they aren’t sick or quarantined due to exposure.
@BirdQueen2000 We don’t even have masking in my HS! And if you have a Covid+ case(also vaccinated)in your home but have a vaccinated teen they can still go to school unmasked and untested. And you can show proof of vaccine “if you want to” so anyone can just lie.
@jonreyes204 I’m pretty sure when she got home and saw you didn’t clear the drive she was pissed beyond belief, took a deep breath and decided to do it herself rather than come in the house and unleash her anger on you.
@DevinScillian@GovWhitmer@RepLawrence@JRB_UMFA@Local4News Her saying over&over get vaccinated, wear a mask, people need to show some personal responsibility, is getting https://t.co/lkkuoCB1Fc’s obvious a majority of people only care about themselves&aren’t going to do anything different. Her answers don’t help case numbers or hospitals.
@CNN Makes great sense. They can feel fine on Monday, infect their entire class, and wake up Tuesday sick as a dog. Then just wait and see how many students and families are affected by such poor decisions
