@rnagulapalle@fetchsandbox The interesting challenge now is whether buyers already connect those failures to integration issues, or whether they just experience the symptoms without realizing where the problem started.
@rnagulapalle.
If confidence is the product, what do you think customers use as proof before they trust it?
A realistic environment? faster launches? fewer production surprises?
@innermaps@JustLaunchedFYI I got a question: when people try Refresh Agent, do they see it as a Claude integration or as a faster way to diagnose traffic and ranking issues?
@FlorisNexus Have you noticed whether prospects evaluate Continuum against tools like Uptimerobot, or do they usually understand the workflow-monitoring angle right away?
@matthew_meadows After looking at Correlation Studio, i think that prospects get stuck at "interesting tool" instead of immediately seeing where they'd use it. Have u seen that?
@Joi2James@adambcohen93@getpagepulse The product feels positioned around analytics, heatmaps n ai insights. But the buying trigger may be "we're getting traffic but don't know what's helping or hurting conversions"
Curious if u've seen prospects compare u to analytics tools when that's not the outcome they're after
@ErrSight Nice product! Curious, do teams adopt ErrSight because they want better error visibility? Or because they've already experienced the cost of discovering problems too late?
@danielkleach Feels like RequestHarbor solves a more expensive problem than feedback collection. I guess buyers aren't trying to gather requests β they're trying to avoid building the wrong thing. Have u seen that?
@vineetvk01 Curious, do teams adopt Frontbase because they want a feedback board?
Or because they've reached the point where everyone has opinions and nobody knows what to build next?
@rnagulapalle Exactly! That's the scary category of failure.everyone notices when revenue stops coming in. much fewer people notice when revenue is coming in but parts of the process quietly stop keeping up.
@rnagulapalle That's probably even worse than an outage. An outage gets noticed. Bad data can quietly spread through reports, decisions, forecasts, and nobody realizes the integration was the root cause until much later.
@hello_code_ Curious about something...
Do buyers come to Peekaboo wanting Ai visibility data?
Or after realizing Ai search is already influencing demand and they have zero visibility into how they're represented?
@rnagulapalle What's interesting is that nobody wakes up wanting reliability.
they start looking after reliability fails and creates a cost somewhere.
i'd be curious what the first expensive consequence usually is for your buyers.
@rnagulapalle Hey, we spoke about Fetchsandbox on Reddit recently.
I keep coming back to one thing: if confidence is the product, integration testing might just be the mechanism.
@rnagulapalle That's exactly why I think about fetchsandbox.
i have a longer observation on the gap between what teams evaluate and what they ultimately pay for, but it doesn't really fit into tweet-sized replies.
is it ok moving to emails? If yes, what's the best email to send it to?
