@MHFZZEnjoyer Claw was fine, it allowed to aproach a monster and so fun stuff with hammer and switch axe abd stuff in a more realistic way than wirebugs.
The monster softening and the staggers, those were the issue, not the claw

@AvalonVT @Rumotu @HeavyWingsDX Youd also often go on gathering runs for general prep stuff, youd get plenty whetstones doing so.
Mechanics like standing still to take a pot obviously shouldnt come back, but preparing for a hunt and tracking the monsters has been mostly/entirely removed from the game :( (2/2)

In case its above then ask what is the crit multiplier, is it more than double? If yes take the crit chance
If not then take attack speed

And the optimization really aint that bad if youve got a pc thats within spec...
