According to Emilio’s complaint, the alleged issues surrounding his pay weren’t communicated with Megan alone. He alleged that Desiree Perez, Roc Nation’s CEO, informed him that his compensation structure was changing, while his subsequent concerns regarding his pay and unpaid invoices were communicated with her and other Roc Nation representatives. And when it came to his work ending, the court noted that Megan did not explicitly direct Desiree Perez to stop using his services, while Roc Nation later retracted an event offer and did not contact him for future work.
The way they stay using the court system to deflect and pretend they’re just innocent bystanders in all these cases is sickening 😌
Another post they tried to suppress has now been reinstated!!!! Thank you @X 😌 👏🏽
If you have had posts removed or restricted… appeal!!! They can’t silence the truth or the facts 🙌🏽🙌🏽 #FREETORY
A reminder since people seem to have selective memory when it comes to lawsuits: Megan Thee Stallion, is currently a defendant in TWO active civil lawsuits.
• Emilio Garcia: her former cameraman alleges unpaid wages, labour violations, a hostile work environment, sexual harassment, fat-shaming comments and retaliation after raising concerns about his treatment and pay.
• Six K/Eric Archibald: alleges more than $1.2M in unpaid wardrobe and styling fees for services provided in connection with Megan and her career, with the dispute also involving allegations surrounding invoices and payments.
Different cases, but both involve people who say they provided professional services connected to Megan and serious disputes concerning money and/or how they were treated.
#JusticeForAllRealVictims
Former DRNX Water CEO Amy Huffman has filed an 87-page federal lawsuit against #RocNation, DRNX Water and others, alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and defamation.
Huffman claims the issues escalated after she refused to defer to Jermaine Jackson, who she says began interfering with her role and later made damaging accusations about her alleged sexual conduct, finances and professional relationships, including allegedly contacting her husband.
She says she reported Jackson’s behavior to Roc Nation executives, but instead of stepping in, the company allegedly informed Jackson of her complaints and allowed the retaliation to continue. Huffman claims she was eventually stripped of authority, excluded from meetings, lost her benefits and stopped receiving her Roc Nation-funded salary despite never formally resigning or being fired.
The lawsuit also references alleged recorded conversations involving Jackson and claims Roc Nation CEO #DesireePerez previously told Huffman that Jackson “needed to be managed.”
Huffman is seeking damages, punitive damages, attorney fees and other relief and is demanding a jury trial.
These are allegations made in the lawsuit and have not been proven in court.
The phrase 'pizza' apparently has a hidden, NSFW meaning in some circles, leading to awkward moments and a desire to censor conversations. Who knew a simple food item could be so controversial? #Controversy#InternetCulture
Truth can be a burden in relationships. Sometimes, people withhold information not to deceive, but to avoid unnecessary conflict. It's a delicate balance between honesty and peace. #RelationshipTruths#Communication
Imagine a big company like Roc Nation, who claim to have so much money, influence and resources at their disposal, choosing to spend time watching pages on X and trying to silence commentary online.. 😭
If people’s opinions, criticism and discussions were truly irrelevant, there would be absolutely no need to be monitoring them so closely. You don’t go looking for something you genuinely don’t care about.
The more you monitor, flag and try to suppress conversations, the more obvious it becomes that those conversations clearly got your attention….You can remove posts, issue DMCA notices and attempt to control what people see, but you can’t control what people think or what questions they choose to ask.
Pathetic 😌😒

#ToryLanez has filed a First Amended Complaint in his $100 million federal lawsuit against California prison officials, adding more details about what he claims happened before and after he was brutally stabbed in prison.
Tory alleges officials had access to records showing inmate Santino Casio’s extensive violent history but still placed them in the same environment. He claims Casio stabbed him approximately 16 times before officers intervened.
The amended complaint also details a separate allegation involving Tory’s music. He claims that while he was hospitalized in critical condition, correctional officers seized two personal songbooks containing original unpublished lyrics, along with notes and attorney-client communications, and never returned them.
Tory is accusing prison officials of failing to protect him, failing to properly classify the inmates and failing to intervene quickly enough. He’s also seeking the return of his songbooks and policy changes surrounding the protection of high-profile inmates.
The lawsuit continues to seek $100 million in compensatory damages, along with punitive damages, injunctive relief and a jury trial.
