🚨 Kajiado County Kanjos Storm Ngong Shop, Seize Electronics as Trader Maintains He Held a Valid Business Permit❗

A recent incident has placed Kajiado County enforcement officers under the spotlight after they reportedly broke into a business owner’s shop in Ngong town and seized electronic equipment in his absence, citing non-compliance with licensing requirements.

According to the trader, the officials gained entry into the premises on Monday morning and carted away multiple electronic items used in his PlayStation business, among them a television set and gaming consoles.

He maintains the operation was carried out without prior notice or any attempt to verify his documentation, even though he says he had secured a valid business permit just a week earlier.

“Hello Cyprian. I operate a PlayStation business in Ngong. Yesterday morning, county officials (kanjo) broke into my shop while no one was present and took my TV and PlayStation equipment. I am deeply concerned because I obtained and paid for a valid business license just last week. Despite having all the required permits, they did not attempt to verify my documents or contact me. Instead, they forcefully entered the premises and removed my property without notice. As a small business owner, this has greatly affected my livelihood. I am struggling to understand how such action could be taken without proper procedure, especially when I am fully compliant. I kindly request your assistance in helping me recover my items. Thank you.”
