@kelwell16@J_Tanswell Appearance based loan, £48million isn't worth the "might come good" ... its Elliott all over again and honestly, I'm more with the manager on this one than I was Elliott.
@tbhmaab Or people who are genuinely tired of forced ad campaigns full of overweight people, diversity check boxes and subjects not represented in that culture but are attempting to normalise it.
@Gazlavine Tbh we weren't that great first half, I do think that if we didn't go down to 10 men through a reckless challenge, it would have finished a draw though.
But yes, you were the better team second half. Outplaying isn't hard at the minute.
@pubIad I honestly don't think it impacts a thing. It's strange to look at, but Emery has them so focused on game plans, my controversial opinion is that crowd noise or shooting towards fans doesn't make a difference at all.
I know many think otherwise though.
@Villamad5 Juries out for me.
1 thing for sure is that we've definitely overpaid for him, I'm certain of that...
But yeah, we'll see if he suits Emerys "system" which is basically removing that fire from players and regimenting every movement instead.
@GarySmithJnr I've read a few comments from Emery on Garnacho, unfortunately I believe Garnacho isn't going to what we need... I hope that I'm wrong, I really do, but I don't think I'm going to be.
@Villa_F1 Totally different team, new season and we can't expect lightening to strike twice unfortunately.
Do I think we'll be fine, yes in terms of surviving relegation, in terms of matching last seasons achievements and challenging at the top... no.
@danbardell I think we'll be fine too, but we needed to learn from last season, the bad start really affected moral etc.
I just worry for the new, young, hungry players who really want to play, try to impress etc
I understand there must be genuine reasons, but it's still frustrating.
