Wild life is part of daily life. Honest to God guys, I was in the living room earlier and this wild bird came inside, luckily I had the phone with me. Have a look 😀

@ManikkageYasuni Absolutely and agree with you, meantime just to share with you all, I am one of those odd characters who has Exercise-induced hematuria, most times after my 10k + running days and to avoid that I started having 500mls of fluids 1hr before on my running days.
