February saw 3393 more hours of sports field use tracked by Intelligent Play vs January. There was also a huge increase compared to Feb 2021 but not only have we installed the system for many more fields since then, a lot of the world was still in lockdown a year ago.
After nearly a year of using Intelligent Play, we caught up with Tunstall Active Manager Alan Tebbett to get his thoughts on how they use the system for their new 3G football pitch: https://t.co/5cYGgkOd6p
A busy week for Intelligent Play with 5 more systems installed across the UK. Our sensors can be installed on new and existing floodlight systems, on other locations of height (such as a press box, nearby clubhouse, etc) or using customised mounting solutions.
In our recent annual user survey, 62.5% of users told us that Intelligent Play provides "more efficient scheduling and management of field maintenance" for their sports facilities.
The day has finally arrived! We will be adding @1ntelligentplay to all of our fields in 2022. With the ability to track field usage and wear live using AI, we can provide safer fields and make better data driven decisions! #Technology#DataDriven#GrassCanTakeMore
The busiest fields in January using Intelligent Play saw around 300 hours of activity tracked over the month. Our heatmaps show exactly which areas of a field have been used, giving facility owners a clear, visual tool to help them manage and maintain their fields appropriately.
Feedback from our dashboard users is vital in helping us understanding how and why different people use Intelligent Play to manage their sports fields. It also helps us with developing valuable new functionality. We've got some big updates coming in 2022 - watch this space...
Installation of Intelligent Play for your sports fields needs two simple requirements:
1. a location at height to mount the sensors (usually a lighting pole but can also be a media box, stand/bleachers or other structure)
2. a permanent power supply to the sensor location
