I woke up this morning and opened the freezer, and everything inside had completely melted! The yogurt drinks in the fridge aren't even cold either!!
No way!! Did it break? Does this mean I have to buy a new one?!!
Why does everything keep happening one after another? 😭
@Gammastar_VT I'm not really sure, since the dog's automatic feeder was bought second-hand. Maybe they were both around the same age, though?
Now I'm starting to worry about my washing machine, which I've actually been using for much longer!
@calamity7771 A few days ago, my dog’s automatic feeder broke and I could laugh about it, but today, I really have no choice but to laugh at this situation too. 😭
I’m just going to convince myself that this is a sign that something lucky is about to happen! 😭
My automatic dog feeder broke, so now I’m hand-serving his meals in a bowl, but he just gives me the most bored look and won't touch it. Are you telling me my cooking isn't up to your standards...?!
Norma pooped more than usual today, but he’s feeling great!
Do you have the same feeder? I’ve been using this one for about two years after buying it second-hand. To be fair, when Norma first got it, he kept knocking it over because he wanted more food, and he even managed to break the food tray. So… I can think of a few reasons why it might have ended up broken.
This time, I was running it on batteries, and it started acting strangely—the food wouldn’t dispense properly. Then I switched it to USB power, and it suddenly decided to dispense food endlessly without stopping.
I hope your feeder keeps working reliably and doesn’t help your cat gain too much weight! 😆🐱
I’ve also revived one of my old hobbies: aquariums.
That said, I used to maintain four different tanks and bottle aquariums filled with tropical fish and shrimp, but I don’t have the energy for that anymore. So instead, I finally brought home a single betta fish that I’ve always admired. They’re unbelievably beautiful.
This is my first time keeping a betta, so I’m following the advice of experienced keepers and using a bare-bottom tank for now. Once I get a better understanding of their unique care requirements and how quickly they can dirty the water, I may eventually transition him into a planted aquarium.
I’ve been feeling a lot better lately, but staying upright for too long is still pretty tough, so I spend a lot of time resting in bed.
That also meant I could only draw in really awkward positions 😭
So I got a tablet arm!
Now I can draw while lying down, and my body doesn’t hurt anymore lol
I got a cart for Norma, who has always hated walks.
Norma got completely used to the cart without needing any practice.
Apparently, riding in the cart is way better than walking.
When I’m feeling well, I can come to the beach with Norma like this now.
It’s okay. I’m sure things will work out somehow.
