@Lenskart_com@peyushbansal Support Team states that i've placed an order for Single Vision Lens & prescription is for a Bi-Focal Lens. Attaching the email as well as product ordered, which clearly states the order was for a "Bi-Focal" lens. Hope @Lenskart_com Support Team can try reading emails again.
