I think the best thing I'm learning as an adult is to ignore people. When you realize people say & do weird & evil things to get a reaction out of you, you learn that silence is more powerful than proving a point. No response is the loudest response. The moment you respond people start feeling important & think they bigger than the program but I control the traffic
parasites in our vegetables, data centers poisoning the water, flock cameras being built on every block, ICE agents killing people left and right… fuck donald trump and anyone who voted for him
The literacy crisis isn’t that people can’t read the words. It’s that they can’t understand the context, infer meaning, recognise nuance, identify contradictions, or draw logical conclusions from what they’ve read.
I honestly hate that we've normalized the idea that all opinions are valid. I think we should get back to telling people that they are ill informed & ignorant
