@amazon WHAT A FRIGGIN' JOKE! THIS ITEM HAS BEEN STUCK IN TRANSIT WITH NO UPDATE FOR > 1 WEEK. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA CHAT YESTERDAY AND THEY INFORMED ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY AND WE WOULD RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. THERE IS STILL NO UPDATE ON THE SHIPPING TODAY.
HAVE BEEN CHATTED WITH 2 AGENTS AND NOW WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TODAY FOR OVER 4O MINUTES AND COUNTING WITH NO UPDATE OR WILLINGNESS TO MATCH WHAT I WAS OFFERED YESTERDAY. AND YOU SEND ME AN EMAIL TO RATE TO ITEM???!!!

@MBonvoyAssist I feel like Iโm in a Seinfeld episode. You can take the reservation, but you canโt keep it. Waiting over 4 hours for my room. Front desk screwed up the waiting list and my family of 4 bears the grunt. Thx 4 messing up our day. How will you fix this?!
@Delta You have absolutely ruined a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our daughter has played elite soccer her entire life. This weekend is her last event. After being on/off the plane at ATL for 5 hours, next in line to be de-iced, weโre being returned to the gate.

Absolute crappy experience purchasing a washer/dryer from @LGUS. Didn't honor their offer. Out of stock on matching pedestals. Bought them elsewhere. Told by LG and installer they would install them. They didn't. No chance to clean space, no explanation of units. Left like this.
