Dear Superintendents and Golf Staff,

Watch players look for balls in the rough. If you see a lot of situations where multiple players are shuffling around trying to find a ball, your rough is too tall.

This hurts pace of play.

Additionally, it's not a good idea to subject amateurs to 4+ inch US Open style golf. If you think that is how courses should be setup for ams, you are doing it all wrong in my opinion.
