Sausalito City Manager Elaine Forbes made her first court appearance today wearing handcuffs and jail inmate clothes.
She was arrested at the Sausalito Yacht Harbor last weekend. Prosecutors charged her with prowling on private property, petty theft, and using yachts for “unauthorized lodging."
Forbes' family spokesperson said she will not bail out of jail because "the best, safest place for her to be is in custody. And then, hopefully, a mental healthcare facility."

As a black man this not only upsets me but embarrasses the whole black community. Black people are the first to call someone racist and wonder why white people feel a certain way when we are around and it’s because of videos like this.
