It has achieved something few public campaigns ever manage :  it has moved violence against women and girls from a subject of concern to a matter of national action.

By bringing together survivors, bereaved families, charities, experts, employers, sporting organisations, cultural figures and politicians, the campaign has helped create momentum for change across Scotland. The campaign has secured engagement from the highest levels of government, influenced public debate, generated national media attention and, most importantly, begun translating awareness into practical commitments.

With September being Suicide Prevention Month, we wanted to reflect on the mental health awareness training our team recently completed with our friends at @HnH_TheTrust 💚

Conversations around mental health can make a real difference. By continuing to learn and challenge stigma, we can help create a community where people feel heard, supported and able to speak openly.
