Lt. Gen. Randy A. George hosted a “Courage Honor Ceremony” to bid farewell to the Corps’ Deputy Commanding General for Operations, Canadian Brig. Gen. Stéphane R. Boivin and to welcome Col. Patrick J. Ellis, the Corps’ Chief of Staff, of #JBLM.
Honored to present Maj. Gen. Stephen Smith, I Corps Deputy Commanding General, with the Legion of Merit for his exceptional service. Smith’s wife, Lynn, received the Meritorious Public Service Medal for her outstanding volunteer work for the soldiers and families of I Corps.
Great to see our @USArmyAlaska Soldiers competing in the Arctic Winter Games. Great catching up with them and seeing them train in this unforgiving climate. Proud of all the competitors and our units up here!
