If I didn't have to use Southeastern trains, I wouldn't, but I have no choice! I guess the lack of standards and accountability is what's to be expected!!!

@SteveWhiteRail @Se_Railway The trouble is that your customer service managers do not understand the complaint and the reason for the complaint.
I guess because southeastern have the monopoly in my area, the complaint means nothing, and there is no consequences. Somebody just take ownership

@Se_Railway @SteveWhiteRail C/Services have tried to answer, but no one takes OWNERSHIP, & I have had at least 8 different representatives respond with their views! Everyone missing the complaint complaint completely that's why I need to explain to senior management BUT KNOW ONE WANTS TO LISTEN OR HEAR!

How do I contact you regarding a really awful experience that Customer Service really isn't grasping? I am a volunteer and dealing with complaints in my own time isn't my favourite pass time. However the way I(we) have been treated is horrendous!

@CanterburyPanto WOW... just Wow!!!! It was an absolute pleasure to take 49 people from our Scout group comprising of Beavers, Cubs, and their Leaders!!! It was just perfect! Thank you Cast and Crew! Amazing see you for Snow White in 2023!!
