@shoujoyoon@jazz_bunnies It’s considered a doomed yuri title due to unrequited love. The manga concludes with a tragic, unresolved romantic dynamic between the two girls, centering on Nami's hidden feelings.
@mizisu_a@animetv_jp The manga is officially licensed as a Yuri series. the creator, Eri Ejima, progresses their relationship past mere subtext into an explicitly confirmed romantic partnership as the manga's run continues.
@chelios_leon@MangaMoguraRE The blonde/black hair opposites attract “trope” has been around BEFORE Citrus. In 1971 it was Shiroi Heya no Futari that popularized it. Kannazuki no Miko (Destiny of the Shrine Maiden) by Kaishaku (2004). Girl Friends (2006) By Morinaga Milk. And that’s just a few
@lavacakey@godmitzu Not a nose job. It’s a different method of makeup application by different makeup artists. What you’re seeing is technique called “Contouring” of the nose using a darker shade of powder. Here’s a pic of her in 2015 vs photos of her that were taken just days ago.
@Paris10574066 Yeah I don’t see that either LOL. I think she’s more of a Lion. She’s like a Lioness that fiercely guards her pride (aka her team). Even her huge golden hair reminds me of a Lion’s mane.
It’s kind of surprising how there’s still people who don’t know the difference between Ethnicity and Nationality. Having to explain to a coworker that difference is jarring.
I can't stress enough how important it is to be nice to interns.
They will be running this industry someday... yet I've seen so many people brush them off.
I was an intern once. And trust, I remember the "people in charge" who were rude, and the people who were nice.
Exactly this. That RWBY & Viz Media intern that many of you harass will manage a particular piece of media that you may be invested in one day. They’re still people w/ feelings. I understand not every industry follows the Golden Rule but it needs to be back

@karlasoraya13@sinkmooon She had the girl crush vibe during the show Sixteen. Even Somi admitted that she had a crush on Jeongyeon when she was on her show “Inspector.”
@Void5pace@fangraiaerti Yes the audience knew but the point was to get the info across to the characters & watching how THEY would react to that info. The repetition never bothered me since I’m used to it from other shows. The 80s was notorious for this.I just want to watch how a character handles it
