Am I sane enough to take responsibility? Why can’t I even be responsible for myself and my actions? Does this mean I’m insane? I know I’m not responsible enough to take responsibility for some of my actions.

أحس بشعور غريب لما أحد يقول إن عندك اضطراب ثنائي القطب، بس لما يقولون بالإنجليزي bipolar أحس عادي، طبيعي مو سُبّة. ما أدري ليش، يمكن من المجتمع اللي عايشين فيه إحنا، المتظهد فيه الأمراض النفسية. #Bipolar. #اضطراب_ثنائي_القطب #ثنائي_القطب
