@DDFF_EN I'm playing this game for Lightning, but I've drawn all the URs except for Lightning, which is really frustrating. I believe there are many players in the same situation.

@DDFF_EN Could you add a "wishlist" to the gacha system? A "wishlist" would allow players to freely choose the UR they want, and after drawing a certain number of times, they could directly receive the selected UR or significantly increase the probability of drawing that UR.

lclicking into the next season; I think this is a tragedy caused by the game's lack of notification. I hope that players who completed the new season but didn't purchase the rewards can still do so and receive the rewards.

[Preparations for the Next Event Underway]

We are currently working on an event that will award character abilities for　newly added characters. We plan to launch the event when the previously announced characters “Firion” and “Balthier” join the fray.

During the event period, special crystals will be awarded at a fixed rate in battle rewards for season ranked battles and casual battles. These crystals will feature SR or greater character abilities for the newly added characters, and they will also be available in missions.

We considered adding these crystals to challenges as well, but because players can check the rewards and immediately quit—negatively impacting the game experience—we decided against it.

We have received many comments from players through social media and the in-game feedback system expressing that character-specific abilities are difficult to obtain. While there are limitations to what we can do, we will do our best to reflect the wishes of players wherever possible.

Additionally, to avoid any sense of unfairness, we are planning to hold similar events in the future for characters that have already been released, such as Onion Knight and Iroha. Details will be announced at a later date.

@DDFF_EN When the system prompted me to upgrade to the Battle Season after I had completed the Rookie Season, it did not warn me that doing so would prevent me from purchasing the Rookie Season content.
