@LGIndia what a poor experience we have been having with LG for the last 3 months, our 10 year sidebyside fridge started acting up, for 2 months LG tried to fix it. Now LG declared it can’t be fixed. LG offer that we buy a new one,however we have waited now for a month and more

@FurlencoSupport day #2 terrible support continues , call for support , promised 30 min call back thrice since yesterday but no call . Day 2 fridge still not cooling , I order a fridge not a almirah with a light .

@LGIndia Not only are the technicians incompetent , even the 3 party supporting service are liars. Pls have the issue investigated .
Charge has never been an issue, new compressor hasn’t worked the fridge is shut down since Sat 12 July with no contact . Very sad , pls call me directly

@LGIndia Such poor service, recommendation was to change compress to improve cooling took 8 days to get a new one, half a day to install …Result the fridge stopped working complete.. it’s been 24 hr. Everything in the gone bad had to be discarded ,engineer unable to provide a resolution

@havellsindia order 2000166983 for tower cooler received. The box is missing all 4 wheels and screws in the box . First the delivery is delayed now parts are missing . What kind of QC is this . Pls arrange immediate delivery of the missing parts. Terrible experience
