We shall fight on the beaches,
We shall fight on the landing grounds, We fight in the fields in the streets,We fight in the hills; We shall never surrender
It’s flooding season, New York — but city government is prepared.
This morning, we announced a $43.2 million expansion in the Bureau of Coastal Resiliency — a team of engineers, field inspectors, and city planners ready to protect our city from flooding.
As extreme weather and flooding becomes more frequent, we’re making sure New York City has both the infrastructure and the experts needed to protect our communities.
We’re not just preparing for the storm of today, but the storm of tomorrow.
Far from safety, closer to danger than ever before I head towards the front line Into Ukraine’s Kill Zone.

Trump bought at least $1 million of Dell stock in February.
Since then, he's repeatedly told Americans to buy Dell products.
No wonder he has pocketed $2.3 billion off the presidency. The grift never stops.
"There are smart people and there are not very smart people. I watch smart people. And I never watch stupid people. Because it doesn't help anything. So I didn't watch Tucker Carlson's interview."

BREAKING: Leaked Andrew Tate texts are looking VERY bad for the Trump admin…
Texts from Andrew Tate reveal that a Trump admin official directly intervened on the Tate brothers behalf in early 2025 to stall the sex trafficking investigation.
“I had word from The Trump admin that theyre on top of things,” wrote Andrew Tate via text.
Tate’s former lawyer, Paul Ingrassia, is now a Trump admin official, and is the one who requested the Tate brothers devices be returned to them.
You may remember Paul Ingrassia from his leaked texts last year in which he said he “has a Nazi streak” and uses old slurs.
JD Vance still follows the Tate brothers on Twitter. Barron is friends him them. All of this happened after Andrew admitted to being a pimp on camera.
This is the Republican Party now. I’m a young dude who loves America, and hates seeing it hijacked by these hateful , abusive, degenerates.
WARREN: Do you still work for Capital One today?
BRIAN JOHNSON: I do. I'm here today in my personal capacity
WARREN: Ok. But they're paying you to get confirmed for this job. I also understand they're letting you keep a bonus you haven't yet earned when you leave. They must be really excited about getting you confirmed.
This russian woman says waking up to this was "a nightmare" and that she's still shaking.
No. This isn't a nightmare.
The nightmare is what russia has been doing for years—destroying entire cities and killing tens of thousands of Ukrainians.
These are just the consequences.
I want to offer my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of Russia’s latest attacks in the Kyiv region and in Sloviansk.
During the strikes, Russia has also destroyed Latvia’s Honorary Consulate.
Once again proving its complete disregard for diplomacy.
Europe stands in full solidarity with Latvia and Ukraine.
Russia is losing the war it started, and is increasingly targeting civilians in a desperate attempt to crush Ukraine’s spirit.
But Ukraine’s spirit is unbreakable.
And so is Europe’s resolve to support Ukraine’s defence.
"The enemy can only be defeated by adapting faster than they do.
We must abandon outdated Soviet approaches and build an army that values initiative, technology, and respect for every soldier."
- Mykhailo Drapatyi 🇺🇦
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
I say, "Wow"🫡
I consider this General as a good choice; this line of thinking is that "winning one"😉.
What do you think?
‼️After much thought (not really), Irish NAFO hereby calls for the resignation of @NiallCollinsTD
In our opinion, he, as a member of Government, has “disgraced the nation” and undermined Ireland’s reputation and people
His indifference to the suffering in Ukraine makes him unfit to hold public office
Let me repeat for those in the back:
If you were Jeffrey Epstein’s very best friend for about 20 years, made 4,725 wire transfers to Epstein totalling more than $1.1 billion and are mentioned in the Epstein files a million times, I’m pretty sure you’re a child-raping pedophile.
The russian hypocrisy is breathtaking.
Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim calls Ukraine's strike on Wildberries "an act of international terrorism."
Meanwhile, since the start of its full-scale invasion, russia has attacked or damaged more than 400 Nova Poshta facilities — Ukraine's largest postal and logistics network. That's just one Ukrainian delivery company.
Dozens of Nova Poshta employees have been killed or injured in russian strikes while simply doing their jobs.
For years, russia has deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure.
The last people on Earth who get to lecture anyone about terrorism are russians.
Trump failed to get Congress to do his election rigging, so now he's trying to withhold public safety funding to instead force states to do it for him.
California will not allow this to happen.
We're leading a multistate lawsuit to stop this illegal behavior.
Tim Pool said he is now pro Ukraine. I say we give him the chance to prove it.
@Timcast , donate the hundreds of thousands of roubles ruzzia paid you to smear Ukraine as restitution and it’s a start.
This is our largest round in four years, totalling 218 listings.
We’ve hit more than a hundred banks and crypto operators, over 40 shadow fleet vessels, and several oil refineries in Russia and Belarus, who help keep Moscow’s war going.
We are also responding to Russia’s relentless attacks on civilians, infrastructure and cultural heritage by listing more than 50 military-industrial entities, including key actors involved in the production of Russia's long-range drones.
This comes on top of last week’s sanctions on those responsible for the abuse and killing of Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilian detainees, alongside tech companies enabling the Kremlin’s repressions of internet users.
We have agreed on the 21st sanctions package against Russia.
It delivers sweeping measures targeting Moscow’s financial system, its military-industrial complex and energy sector, that keep Russia's war economy running.
We are hitting Putin where it hurts most: cutting off the financial lifelines he relies on to sustain his war.
This is not the end of the road on sanctions. We are already working on the next steps. The EU must be ready to respond to any further Russian escalation.
@CaolanReports@MichealMartinTD Sorry Caolan, he wasn't just YAWNING about the refinery, he literally replied YAWN to "the innocent civilians being murdered in Ukraine by Russian missiles".
Fucking Yawn!
@NiallCollinsTD should resign just for that alone.
