The InterLink Foundation officially introduces the Transaction-Backed Digital Assets Protocol.

The Transaction-Backed Digital Assets Protocol is an economic architecture designed to connect real-world business activity with on-chain digital asset formation through automated market maker (AMM)-based liquidity infrastructure.

In most blockchain ecosystems today, token value is primarily driven by speculative trading rather than underlying economic throughput. While decentralized finance has introduced new liquidity mechanisms, the structural connection between everyday transaction activity and digital asset valuation remains limited.

The InterLink protocol introduces the Transaction-Backed Digital Assets Protocol, an architecture that enables businesses to tokenize their economic activity while allowing transaction flow generated by users and businesses to directly drive on-chain asset demand.

Through this architecture, businesses operating within the InterLink ecosystem can tokenize their economic activity into on-chain digital assets. These assets are integrated into decentralized liquidity pools and paired with the InterLink token, which functions as the base settlement asset of the network.

A portion of the transaction value generated through payments is automatically allocated by the protocol and routed into liquidity pools, where it is used to purchase these digital assets through automated market maker (AMM) mechanisms.

This design establishes a direct relationship between transaction throughput and digital asset demand, allowing commercial activity to continuously inject liquidity into the asset layer.

As transaction volume increases, the protocol automatically reinforces liquidity and demand for tokenized assets associated with participating businesses.

Rather than relying primarily on speculative trading dynamics, the Transaction-Backed Digital Assets Protocol enables digital assets to derive value from real transaction activity occurring within the network.

By anchoring this mechanism to the InterLink token as the protocol’s base settlement asset, the system creates a unified economic layer in which payments, liquidity infrastructure, and business activity interact within a single on-chain financial architecture.
