@elonmusk The vacancy rate was really good until recently, here in Silicon Valley.And now it's exploded in downtown, and it's actually pushing it up down here in Silicon Valley properties that are being snapped up, left and right because of the huge AI thing going on.

@elonmusk We would like to do the same thing with NGO s that are being done with the nonprofit charity Navigator and list all those bad people and give them a grade so that some light does its effect and disinfects a little bit so we're looking for a little help financially, we need to buy
