A man has claimed that the demolition exercise at the Labadi beachfront is connected to the nearby Labadi Beach Hotel, a five-star hotel. According to him, the beachfront had become heavily congested with businesses and structures, which he believes did not complement the surroundings of the hotel.
My plans have change and gotten bigger, so Iβm putting this project up for sale. The main structure is complete, with finishing works and clearing of the weeds around left to do.
Located in Kwabenya, around Comet Estate, a few minutesβ drive from Ashesi University.
The layout includes four en-suite bedrooms, a guest washroom, a main living area, a separate upstairs family area, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, storeroom, terraces and a two-car garage.
Iβve invested approximately $180,000 so far, including the land. But Iβll let it go for any reasonable price above $99,000+ quick/ready cash I can gamble real quick, basically, what I doπ€·π½ββοΈ.

So a quick recap of how yesterday went at the UN Headquarters
So we got to the UN Headquarters around 7am. The Minister For Foreign Affairs @S_OkudzetoAblak had more than 10 meetings in a day with other diplomats, ministers, investors and delegates from other parts of the world.
These meetings were strategically arranged to bring good benefits to the people of Ghana. Some of the meetings discussed foreign investors, infrastructure projects like the railways, visa waivers, strengthening bilateral ties and more. Chale then i could not keep at a point. We weee moving from room to room. One thing he always did was he gave everyone he had a meeting something to remind them of Ghana; especially our Ghana chocolate.
As a first timer at the UN General Assembly it was nice seeing diplomats, Presidents and delegates from other parts of the world moving from room to room to strengthen ties. By 4pm we had to go to the next location for the Accra reset agenda with the President John Mahama
