I’ve spoken to 100’s of SMEs about reporting over the last 2 years. These are the top 2 things I learnt.

Most businesses understand the significance of reporting, but there are 2 distinct challenges I’ve noticed 99% of Product-based SMEs face:

1. Businesses struggle with HOW to get the necessary reports.
With so many data points creating reports can be daunting, especially for those who are just beginning to scale their operations.
The jargon, the options of available software, and the technical know-how required can create a barrier. Making it extremely confusing how to generate them.

2. SMEs often face resource constraints.
It’s the nature of the beast as smaller companies. Limited budgets and manpower hinder the ability to invest in sophisticated reporting systems or hire specialised people, creating a gap in crucial insights that could drive informed decision-making.

These 2 issues mean that SMEs miss 100s of opportunities a year when they are making day-to-day decisions.
Based on the conversations I am having, the reason is simple:

Product-based SMEs have no tool that dedicates itself purely to helping them build the reports they need from the key apps they use such as @mrpeasy, @Cin7Orderhive, @Cin7Core, Unleashed, @Katana_MRP, @Xero, @QuickBooks, @Shopify or @WooCommerce without any technical expertise, and an easy to use UI.
