They’ve drawn on it in ways that only deeply inspired players could. Partially evidenced by the reference to The Hollow World here.

@WizardsRespite I do accents for the NPCs and each region or country has 2-3 notes I use as a baseline; so one area of Ancient Greek + 1980s NYC; another is BBC + metaphor. If I make one up whole cloth mid session, I’ll assign to someplace in downtime to add to the world.
