@Deancain My husband and I have been rewatching Gladiators and we just watched your episode! Such a much simpler time, the clothes, the conversation and the audience interaction was so much better than most things we see today, plus you kicked butt 💪
@Old_SchoolEddie I tried to “tone it down” deliberately and that backfired tremendously 😂 I’m bolder than ever before and can’t help it. Don’t want to either
A lot of people are letting AI study the Bible for them. Then AI gives them an answer, that sounds convincing, and they run with it. But AI is a program. It is not the Holy Spirit.
If you don't think Satan can use AI to mislead people, then you don't understand the battle we're in. We are in a no holds barred fight for eternal life. You are risking more than you realize, allowing a program to tell you what to think. Satan is not a novice. He has always mixed truth with error, because that is the most believable lie. Why would he not use AI to help his cause?
I mean, just read the comments. AI has people acting like overnight Bible scholars. They argue Scripture with confidence, engage in endless debate, never slowing down long enough to actually study. The answers are cranked out instantly, on a metaphorical conveyor belt because they're coming from a program, not from a mind wrestling with God's Word.
The best advice I can give, as a sister in Christ, is read your Bible for yourself. AI will be disabled at the judgment. You will not have access to a computer. You and I will stand alone before the Righteous Judge.
Pray. Ask the Holy Spirit for understanding. Don't let a machine become your Bible teacher. Furthermore, when you engage in discussions, your answer does not have to be perfectly written, as long as your comment comes from searching the Scripture, yourself.
Whatever is in the Bible is enough.
@DrShayPhD This this THIS!! Say it loud sister 🙌 there are no shortcuts to God’s grace, it’s a gift and requires personal relationship with Jesus ✝️✝️✝️
You are surrounded by things you cannot keep.
Walk through your house and you will see it. The truck in the driveway..the tools in the garage. The fishing gear stacked in the corner. The mower, the phone, the bills on the desk, the clothes in the closet, the old boxes you keep meaning to sort through. Even the house itself, with its repairs, memories and laughter is passing through your hands for a little while.
Put a sticky note on all of it that says “temporary.”
Jesus asks, “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?” Matthew 16:26. That question walks through my house and turns on every light.
I hate admitting how quickly my heart settles down when my stuff feels safe. Ever since I grabbed a toy as a child and yelled, “Mine,” I have been rehearsing a lie Psalm 24:1 came to kill: “The earth is the Lord’s and all it contains.”
At the cross, Jesus purchased what my money could never ransom: a soul ruined by sin and raised by grace. If Christ owns me, my stuff can lose its throne. Possessions can serve love. Money can serve mercy. Time can serve eternity.
People endure into eternity. Scripture will stand. Love spent for Christ follows us home.
So hold things loosely before they own you, love souls deeply, give freely and live like every receipt already has God’s name on it.
@DrShayPhD If there’s still congestion, mucinex will help pull it. When I had pneumonia, I took upwards of 800mg in the hospital. Also humming, singing helps break it up and if you cup your hand gently pat the back where his lungs are to help loosen it. 🙏🙏 for you both
