Yes, it’s all about pitching. Coaches take the time to develop those arms. Dedicate more time to pre practice Throwing Programs.

Develop pitchers 5,6,7,8 so you don’t over use the front line pitching.

Make sure to get your back up catcher reps, don’t overload your A guy.

We've been selectively programming "Stro-Motion" throws as a dry rep or warm-up throwing drill since I first saw these years ago.

Great for guys who lack single leg stability or body awareness.

Caution using this for guys who struggle with a slow tempo.
