Confession. As much as I like Sublime's version of "Saw Red". I have a special place in my heart for Long Beach Dub All Stars chill version. It makes me feel some kinda way .
" So she told me to come over and i took that trip and then she pulled out my mushroom tip. And when it came out it went drip, drip, drip. I didn't know she had that G.I. Joe Kung foo grip"
"Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?" is one of the great highlights of the album AM (2013), Alex Turner wrote the lyrics inspired by real experiences, including a voicemail that he received with a message in this style.
It was one of the biggest hits on the album: it reached #8 in the UK and became an international hit.
