Consent is important, absolutely. But pretending marital relationships operate like two strangers signing permission slips every night is the elite feminist fantasy that has zero connection to real India.

Criminalising marital rape without clear safeguards is not justice… it is a legal weapon waiting to be misused. We already live in a country where false cases under 498A & POCSO have ruined thousands of innocent men. Now you want to add another nuclear missile to the arsenal of anyone with a personal grudge.

If the goal was dignity, the conversation would be about counselling, mental health, marital support systems. But when the goal is ideology, the only solution is put the man in jail.

Marriage is not violence. Weaponising the law without accountability is violence.
Treating husbands as default criminals is violence.
