@nicolajoiner 3 Rangers is better than no Rangers - always my mantra. Keeping girls engaged in Guiding and a safe environment to develop in. 1 or 100 as leaders we are making a difference in ways we don't even realise 🥰

Yay! Outdoor face to face is back!
2 YLs and 1 leader helping with Rainbows and Brownies on Tuesday and then our own meeting. Was great to be together again even through we were literally 'dancing in the rain'. What's guiding without cold and rain for 4hrs? #GGPK

@GrowingGuiding Delighted to be growing our unit this year especially when other units are losing so many members or closing. 😔
Glad this bunch are keen and still engaged. We have 2 YL's and 1 poss Peer Ed. Definitely boosts me as a leader to know these girls desire to be future leaders.🥰
