@ZeptoNow my order id QUQIRHHRI98449. I ordered ocean mango and passion flavour but i received ocean zero edition, i wanted an exchange of what i ordered not what you sent me.when doing this with zap it says the order which you ordered is not available. And then it says to return

And have a refund of it, which I don’t want i want the order i ordered and hence provide me the order which i ordered. Why to send something else if it is not available just make a call to customer and customer will deliberately change it with whatever available.
