@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank @RBI @RBIsays @RBI have strict guidelines to refund the excess ammount after bill pay. @SBICard_Connect @ICICIBank_Care @AxisBankSupport direct pay to customer bank account if there is some excess ammount in customer credit card.But @HDFCBank_Cares don't.

Hdfc bank is not refunding my refunded excess ammount of my hdfc credit to my bank account. HDFC Bank have a lengthy process to refund excess ammount in bank account for manuplate the customer so that customer cannot claim and hdfc used his her hard earned money. 1/2

Why deduct ₹20 platform fee on cancelled prepaid orders? @MyntraSupport This is unfair. Customers will shift to COD, causing higher losses to Myntra. Please make the policy fair.

Myntra @MyntraSupport Please review your Platform Fee policy. If an order is cancelled before delivery, deducting ₹20 fee is unfair. This pushes customers towards COD, where refusal costs Myntra much more than ₹20. Fair refund policy = better trust.
