* no HW (k-8)
* no standardized tests (maybe 4th, 8th, 10th grade)
* multiple recesses
* physically active classrooms
* freshly made lunches
* S's strengths/ talents
* develop T & S leadership
* community projects
* Arts/ PE
* FUN

What’s amazing about teachers is that they still show up & shine even when working in a toxic school culture. Admin need to do a better job of creating a positive culture as well as supporting & appreciating their amazing staff. So they don’t have to endure but actually thrive.
