Due to their failure with the pandemic treaty, the UN has decided to move on this issue through the General Assembly giving the Secretary General the emergency powers they could not get for the WHO.

The United Nations Pact for the Future is an unconstitutional attempt to pass a treaty that allows international organizations to violate the sovereignty of the United States of America by declaring a global state of emergency without our consent. It is not good for the U.S. and it is not good for the rest of the world. To express your concerns, call the United States Ambassador to the United Nations at [phone]. Millions tried to endure but parishes during Russian winter - it took a long time to get the supply going again & many more starved.

Is Bill C-293 Canada's "Vegan Act"?

Bill C-293, a private member's bill, stands as one of the most unreal pieces of legislation I have witnessed in my career. If enacted, this bill would empower public health officials to shutter facilities identified as "high-risk," including meat packing plants, during a pandemic. It would also "mandate" the consumption of vegetable proteins by Canadians.

This bill sailed through Parliament with alarming ease, underscoring the prevailing dysfunction and disconnection within the body. Under normal circumstances, such a proposal would falter at the first reading. The Senate now faces the challenge of deliberating on this poorly crafted legislation, which proposes to give the government sweeping powers to dictate production and dietary choices during a pandemic.

This is not how expropriation is suppose to work.

“But Wilmot Township and Waterloo Region politicians and staff have been sworn to non-disclosure agreements so the public and the property owners do not know why the land is being purchased. There is speculation it is for a major manufacturing facility, but so far no companies have been identified.”

Expropriation is one of the most powerful tools available to public authorities because it involves a situation where privately owned land is needed for public projects such as the building of roads, highways or schools.

In order to expropriate the public body must be able to show land is "fair, sound and reasonably necessary" in the achievement of the public authorities objectives. There are strict procedural steps that the public authority must follow to successfully expropriate land.

From the clip, it sounds like Waterloo missed a few steps in the process and having a secret reason for the expropriation is incredibly strange to begin with.

How can a decision be made about whether the expropriation is "fair, sound and reasonably necessary" if the reason for it is secret?

And moreover, when is a secret held by public authorities, ever in the public interest?

Justin Trudeau’s radical environment minister, pretended he wasn’t responsible for the $8 BILLION Net Zero Accelerator slush fund.

He was hiding the truth.

Minister Guilbeault’s mandate letter states he is responsible for implementing the $8 BILLION Net Zero Accelerator to reduce emissions.

But now that Canada’s Environment Commissioner has caught the Liberals giving away billions of dollars to large emitters without any commitment to reduce emissions - Minister Guilbeault is hiding.

In fact, the Liberals are refusing to release the funding agreements and emission reduction details of their $8 BILLION Net Zero Accelerator slush fund.

It’s free cash for multinational companies, and carbon tax hikes for Canadians.

Conservatives have forced an emergency meeting to end this cover up.
