@Anjan94150697 ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮಾದಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಯಾರು ಅಂತ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ವಿನಾಶ ಖಂಡಿತ ಯಾರೋ ಮೇಲ್ಜಾತಿ ಗಳಲ್ಲ. ಒಬ್ಬ ನಾಯಕನಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ.ಆ ಒಬ್ಬ ನಾಯಕ ಯಾರು ಅಂತ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತು.

@siddaramaiah ಸರ್ ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೂ 6 ನೇ ವೇತನ ಕೊಟ್ರಲ್ಲ ಕರೊನ ಅಂತ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಲಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲವೇ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕೊಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೂ ಬೇಡ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ ದಿನ ಪೂರ್ತಿ 12 -13 ಗಂಟೆಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ವರ್ಗವದು .

@siddaramaiah @RAshokaBJP ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 12 ರಿಂದ 14 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಿರುಕಳ ಸಂಬಳದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡ ವಸೂಲಿ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸಂಬಳವನ್ನು ಕೊಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರ ಪಾಡೇನು? ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ 7 ನೇ ವೇತನ ಮಾಡಿ 30 %ಅವರ ಸಂಬಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದರಲ್ಲವೇ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇವರಿಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿ

@siddaramaiah ಸರ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಬಳವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಬಳಕ್ಕಿಂತ 45% ರಿಂದ 50 % ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದೆ 10 ರಿಂದ 12 ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ 13-ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿಸಿ.ನೌಕರರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬೆಲೆಗಳ ಏರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಬಹಕ ಹಡಿಗೆತ್ತಿದೆ .ಸಮಾಜವಾದಿಗಳಾದ ತಾವು ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿ.

@CMofKarnataka ಸರ್ KSRTC ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಳ ವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನಿಜವಾಗಲೂ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 13 ,14 ಗಂಟೆಗಳು ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ ಆದ್ರೆ ಅವರ ಸಂಬಳ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದೆ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀವೇ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿಸಿ .ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಳದಲ್ಲಿ 30% ರಷ್ಟು ಇಲ್ಲ.

37.6% Brahmins, 9.56% Kshatriya, 13.33% Kayastha, 7.64% Vaishya in IAS

In the paper " Social Background of Officers in the Indian Administrative Service " by Santosh Goyal, the distribution of IAS officers has been carried out across states.

Table 8, enclosed below, shows the distribution of the 3235 Hindu officers according to the caste.

The largest single group is that of the brahmans at 37.6 per cent.

The second largest number is claimed by the kayasthas at 13.3 per cent.

These two traditional literati castes together account for approximately 51 per cent of Hindu Officers.

Altogether, the upper castes, including kshatriyas and vaishyas make up 68 per cent of the total.

The Shudras, by contrast, are represented at a minimal level of two percent.
