Those who are open to it let’s have this conversation, I’ve being going through Harare accident reports/posts/blogs for the past 2 years and I know this is controversial but I believe the very first step that needs to be taken is to ban all commuter omnibuses , mushika shika wese

and for now just bring back ma busses which are extremely monitored. About 80% of accidents happening especially in Harare involve makombi or are caused by makombi. Just these past 3 months , approximately 40 people have died in Harare from these accidents.
