❌ Don’t use office systems/resources for personal projects.
❌ Don’t share client/project data outside.
✅ What you CAN do
✔️ Build your own projects outside work hours & on personal systems (unrelated to company work).
✔️ Contribute to open-source (many firms allow with prior permission).
✔️ Always read IPR clauses in your offer/exit papers.

#TCS pune employee protest outside TCS office in #hinjawadi
Summary of the Letter (by Saurabh More):
The employee reported back to the TCS Sahyadri Park, Pune office on 29th July 2025, but his ID is still inactive in TCS systems and he has not received his salary. In a meeting on 30th July, HR said they “hope you receive your salary on 31st July”, but nothing was done. The employee informed HR that he has no money and is forced to live on the footpath outside the TCS office. Despite this, HR did not respond, and he continues to stay on the footpath since 29th July 2025.

We stand in solidarity with the TCS employee protesting outside their Pune office for his pending salary. His courage to raise his voice in such dire conditions is commendable.
However, salary delays and job-related issues should also be formally reported to the Labour Office. Protesting is a strong visual message, but combining it with a legal complaint strengthens the fight and compels accountability.
✊ Employees, remember — your rights are protected under Indian labour laws. Don’t hesitate to take legal help.

My concern is tracking was not updated since June 2nd and is not reached my nearest location till today
How can I expect it will be delivered 2mro
