@AxisBankSupport Thank you for responding. However, Axis Janakpuri Delhi branch executive named Padmini resolved it for me within the same day using her proactiveness of consulting various people over call. The distress changed to delight of how she even called me back to chk if it was resolved.

@AxisBank what an amazing service! One upgrades their credit card and then have to queue up for unsuspending their customer ID. Why do you offer such bouquet of servies when you can't handle your existing ones. The online customer care nor the nearest branch people have any idea!
