If there was a busted water pipe there should’ve been somebody fixing the water pipe you know like a plumber? Which plumber did they use to fix the water pipe? Where is the bill paying from the plumber to the people he repaired it for? Where is the canceled? Check where the plumber cast a check that was paid to him for fixing this water pipe?
