A contractor appreciation lunch was held last week at the Commodore John Rodgers Elementary/Middle School construction site. The soon-to-be gym was filled with holiday music, safety vests, and jolly energy!

In September, while interior demolition was underway at the Frederick Douglass building, the construction team broke through a wall to access a lock safe. The mystery room revealed old musical instruments, photographs, and a life size cut out of the legendary Cab Calloway.

Katherine Johnson Global Academy students had a blast dressing up for Career Day and guessing each other's professions, ranging from teachers to athletes to doctors. The career pool is an endless opportunity for students to explore across @BaltCitySchools
