@fiat_money@ATLCWorker exactly, it's got nothing to do with your claim that printing money leads to more prosperity, again you have got the cause and effect backwards.
@fiat_money@ATLCWorker You have the correlation and causation backwards, richer countries can afford to borrow more without tanking their currency because their currency is in demand. Look at how that works out for poor countries when they try to do the same.
@fiat_money@ATLCWorker Do you really think that increasing the money supply does not devalue the per unit value of a currency? Are you stupid? Also those graphs are misleading, you need to look at the derivatives of the deficit, not just the deficit.
@fiat_money@ATLCWorker The government borrowing money that they never have to pay back doesn't magically mean that the private sector enjoys a surplus, in fact it's the complete opposite. They pay for it through inflation. It's just tax by another name.
@SkullSpeedDeal lol, how long until they're under 20%, they could very well fall behind the Greens, into fourth place!
Fourth place Jacinta! Fourth place Jacinta!
@stevegu19196081@GreenGunzel Mate, I've already read the Commonwealth Constitution, and I can tell you you're wrong. Section 44 is within Chapter I, which deals with the Commonwealth Parliament. Restrictions on NSW MLAs and MLCs are detailed in the Constitution of NSW, not the Commonwealth Constitution.
@stevegu19196081@GreenGunzel 1) Wearing a yamaka doesn't imply allegiance to a foreign power, that subsection refers to dual citizenship
2)Chris Minns is a member of the NSW State Parliament, not the Commonwealth Parliament, this restriction does not apply to members of state parliaments.
