While on a @united flight we noticed about 5 or 6 off duty @United employees gather before takeoff, and then leave the plane after gathering their belongings. Then as soon as they were off the plane they announced that the he flight had been canceled. Way to take care of your own

@turbotax Thanks for following up. I was eventually able to complete my taxes, but it was a much more negative experience than all my previous years using TurboTax. The software would only refer to me as “tax payer” but would refer to my wife by her name. There were other problems too.
