@Coach_Kee This is tricky, and dependent on how many you play in your active rotation. There is also value in mixing your 2nd stringers in with your first rotation players as the quality of minutes and play often gets diluted by simply clearing the bench.

With most universities starting classes in the coming weeks, of all the athletes that have committed to a new program, 1 out of 12 players who transferred this year went up in the portal, the rest have either transferred lateral or down.

With most of the rosters finalized, 45% of players who entered the portal this year will not play NCAA basketball in the upcoming 2023-24 season.

I have no issue tipping and never less than 20% even when people suck. If I am being asked to contribute at quick serve/fast casual and other non traditional tipping locations, then stop raising my sandwich and drink prices.

@CoachHixonDimes Gotta find a way to stand out off the court as well as on. Get creative with your communication and reach out. Emails are in abundance, similar in format and easy to click delete like a voicemail. Send a handwritten note with intro and QR code with your stats and film.

It’s that time, first live period is over and roster adjustments are in a state of flux. Same players with multiple Schools & AAU squads throughout HS are the same exact players flooding the portal. It’s like I can predict the future.
